Guest conductor Beth Cohen joins the orchestra In longing for light at the end of the tunnel, and the illicit pleasure of a glimpse abroad. Fauré provides a French perspective on the Greek myth of Pelléas et Mélisande, Copland evokes the serenity of a spring in the Appalachian mountains, Prokofiev brings the Montagues and the Capulets to the Baltics before Anthony Ritchie brings us back home with an Albatross in Flight.
